Be aware they are selling vaccinations with a quick expiration date. They must be trying to get rid of their soon to be expiring vaccinations. I will no longer buy my vaccinations from them. Trust goes a long way when you spend hundreds of dollars to get vaccinations and then find out they have a short expiration date. Their site says they have one to two years however they will short you. And they do not care about their buyers if they do that. I will be finding a new supplier.

I ordered 7 one pound bags of Dog treats, they arrived fine, however I was not informed that every bags would be delivered passed the Best Buy date? I previously ordered the same product from a competitor (who was out of stock this time) and had over a year to use their product before the expiration date!

Been a customer for 40+ years. Lived at the same address for the last 30 years. Have an account with Jeffers. Ordered $600+ of merchandise. They shipped it FEDEX. FEDEX refused to deliver it to my home. Kept saying they needed additional info to deliver. Spoke with FEDEX directly twice. Confirmed my address. Gave instructions that they could leave the package on the front porch of any one of the 3 mobile homes at the beginning of the drive. I live on a paved road with a paved driveway for the first 1/8th of a mile where the mobile homes are. They said they would redeliver it twice. Did not and sent it back to Jeffers. Wanted me to drive 1.5 hour round trip to pick it up. I work M-F 7-6. Reason why I want things delivered. There was no signature required. Jeffers did refund me but it's going to take 10 days. Funny how they take my payment right away, but takes 10 days to refund my money. Anyway, they've lost a customer until they start using somebody besides FEDEX as their delivery people.

Caution faulty Merchandise. Received mineral feeder, within a month of purchase went to install and noticed a tear along the top preventing the ability to hang. They refused to replace nor refund. The cost of the product was minimal but in principal they should stand behind their products; not ship duds and respond "sorry".

Nice to come in and look. Their clearance stuff is pricey. They are cheaper than tractor supply for ivermectin. Some ladies are nice and some ladies are not. We weren't asked if we needed any assistance inside. But outside in the clearance the lady asked and was nice. She was an older woman the other's were young. Just find someone older maybe you can get some old fashioned help:)
